Switchvox - How do you do a blind transfer on a Polycom phone

To perform a blind transfer on a polycom phone

1. During the call press Transfer or the Transfer soft key (at this time the active call is place on hold)

2. Press the Blind soft key

3. Do one of the following:

   • Enter the number of the extension you want to transfer the call to

   • Press Directories. select Contact Directory. use the arrow keys to access the number, and then select Dial soft key.
