Description: When using the feature code option for call monitoring on a Switchvox that uses both 3 and 4 digit extensions, you will begin monitoring whichever extension was on a call first. As an example, if you had a system with both extension 114 and 1140, and 1140 was on a call that began first, the Call Monitoring feature would begin monitoring the call on ext 1140 rather than 114.
