How Do I Send a call to another extension when a voicemail box is over quota

Instead of the caller not being able to leave a message when a mailbox is full, you may want to send calls to another extension to leave a message there.

From the /admin url navigate to Tools>Voicemail
Enter the extension you like to send calls to in the box next to where it says "If an extension's Mailbox is full, callers are forwarded to extension"
Click on Save Voicemail Routing settings to save
