SWVX-13876 Unassigned Phones Displays Softphones

Description: The unassigned phone list under Setup -> Phones -> Digium Phones is displaying both Digium phones and Softphones, instead of only Digium phones as intended. This is caused by a change in the way the database processes newer softphone builds.
