Switchvox - Kickstart Error When Booting E Series Appliance to USB Drive

When using the USB drive to boot Switchvox on an E Series Appliance, you get the error "The following error was found while parsing the kickstart configuration file: The following problem occurred on line # [i.e., 9] of the kickstart file: The provided network interface eth0 does not exist.".

This indicates a two-fold problem. One is with the USB stick and the other is with the image used on the stick.

First, use a different USB stick. Second, go to http://switchvox.dl.digium.com/ and download this image:

• switchvox-smb-tools_87422_usb.zip

Using this instead will resolve the kickstart error.
