Switchboard Contacts and Tags Widget User Training
This article is a companion document for the Switchboard Contacts and Tags Widget video and will help you manage your contacts and tags.
Widget
Here you will find all of your contacts and information on your contacts. You can view the important information for groups of people or individuals, both in and out of the organization, that you choose.
How to Use
You can see that someone is on the phone when the green indicator flashes by their name, as well as who they are talking to (if you have permission to do so).
Contact Card
If you'd like to view someone's contact information, click on their name. Their contact card includes valuable information and tools to help you interact with that user, such as their email address, their status, groups/tags they belong to, their extension. You are also able to interact with them using the Dial, Transfer, Dial Voicemail, Intercom, Chat, and Video Chat functions.
