Description: In certain circumstances you may experience a problem where you see calls that have already been answered displaying in the Queue Calls Waiting Widget. This is a display error in Switchboard and should not affect call processing. The problem is caused by the way Switchboard validates calls waiting in the queue, and is more likely the heavier the call load in the queue.

Workaround: These calls can be cleared by performing a software restart on the Swithcvox. Note, this will drop all current calls.
