Description: When using Zendesk integration and attempting to log in as an extension if the user selects Forgot Password while LDAP is turned on the resultant error message advising users to contact their administrator does not always display properly. While this is a very rare circumstance, there is a chance this may affect other methods of viewing the page such as mobile devices. 

Workaround: The purpose of the error message is to advise users that LDAP credentials should be used and if unfamiliar with theirs, they should contact their administrator.
