Description: When updating directly from 6.5.2 to 6.6.0.3 and using an IVR action to Send Recorded Sound to Voicemail of a previously converged extension, the extension number is not properly updated to the Main Extension number. This is caused by an issue with the process that changes converged phones into Additional Phones.
