Description: When adding a Quick Dial widget through the Admin interface under Tools -> Extension Features -> Switchboard Layouts External Contacts are not listed under a separate group than Internal Contacts. This can lead to some confusion. 

This is different behavior than adding contacts in /Main, where the External Contacts show under their own group as expected.
