SWVX-12859 Add External Number does not allow standard number formatting

Description: When creating or modifying an external Additional Phone under Setup -> Extensions -> Manage -> Manage Phones the  External Number field does not allow the entry of dashes or hyphens usually used in standard number formatting.

Workaround: The number may still be entered without formatting.
