Description: In your call logs you may see multiple inbound calls taking place at the same time, usually this presents as just 2 calls appearing, more than that is likely a different problem. This is caused by load balancing in the Asterisk software Switchvox is built on. When a system is under load, a single thread may begin processing a call and another thread attempts to complete the process. This causes the Software to become confused and list 2 separate calls.
