New Feature

Private Line Automatic Ringdown (PLAR)

When configured with an extension, PLAR will cause a telephone, when taken off-hook to automatically, without user input, dial (either immediately, or after the specified timeout) the specified number. If a timeout is specified, the phone will wait the specified number of seconds for the user to provide input that will override the PLAR number. PLAR is supported by Sangoma phone models P310, P315, P320, P325, P330, P370 with firmware 4_18_1 and greater, as well as models D60, D62, D65 with firmware 2_2_1_4 and greater. The timeout option is not supported by D6x models.

To manage PLAR, navigate to an extension's Phone Settings > Sangoma Phones. The PLAR settings are under the Advanced Phone Options, at the bottom.

Issues Resolved

• The Salesforce Lightning app is corrected to account for a URL that Salesforce changed.

• Call logs now correctly indicate caller ID for an outbound external call that was transferred. 

• User Call Logs no longer indicate a Missed Call when the user answered that call on a softphone (desktop or mobile).

• Now, regardless of a user's personal call rules, all of a user's phones ring if an incoming call is routed to the user via another user's personal call rules.

• Switchvox On-premises Fax features: incoming and outgoing Fax features are restored. A PDF may be uploaded in the user's FAX:Drafts folder, to be sent as a Fax. That new PDF upload tool replaces the process of using the Switchvox printer to print a file that can be sent as a fax.
