Switchvox - Using the Advanced Mailbox Search Feature
Overview
This page allows users to retrieve voicemails and/or recordings based on the parameters provided below:
Search Parameters
Date Range:
Specify the start and end dates of the call.
Users can either manually enter the date in the `mm/dd/yyyy` format or click on the calendar icon next to the field to select the date.
Caller ID or Caller Name:
Search for recordings by entering either a Caller ID or a Caller Name.
If no input is provided, this filter is not applied.
Type:
Select between "All","Voicemail", or "Recordings".
By default, "All" option is selected.
Results
If no matches are found, users will see the message: There are no voicemail and/or recordings available based on this criteria.
Table Details
Each retrieved message includes the following details:
The date and time the message was left.
The Caller ID of the caller (if available).
The type of file, voicemail or recording.
The original mailbox where the message was left (messages may have been forwarded to you by a co-worker).
The duration of the message.
Click the "Download" button next to the desired message.
Doing so will mark the message as Read (the message will no longer appear in bold).
