Telephony Cards - What do I do if my 24 port analog card doesn't fit properly in my 300 or 400 series appliance?

If you have a 300 or 400 series Switchvox appliance and a Digium 24 port telephony card and the card sags down at the end you can do the following:

1. Check the accessory kit included in the box with the appliance

2. You should find a set of nylon stand offs (pictured below)

3. Attached these to the end of the card and it will sit straight in the server
