Overview
The TeamHub Mobile app is available for both Android and iOS devices. This is basically a mobile version the Teamhub Desktop app. Information created in the mobile and desktop apps is synced, allowing you to work from your desktop or on the go.
The Mobile app provides the following functions using Sangoma’s Business Voice and CommUnity VOIP platforms.
Talk - The Talk feature lets you handle calls, including receiving, making, transferring, and recording them, as well as access voicemails and view your call history—all from your mobile device.
Chat - The Chat function lets you send and receive messages directly to a teammate, a group of teammates, or within a Channel.
SMS - Send and receive messages to external resources.
Contacts - This function provides your list of internal and external contacts. You can then call or message a contact.
Please note the following.
The Talk function requires a Sangoma Talk Extension.
SMS messages are considered Business to Business messages and therefore require the SMS number to be registered with the Campaign Registry. Reference our SMS Campaign Registry Documentation for more information.
