TeamHub - V3.8 - Release Notes - February 3, 2026

Release Overview

We are pleased to announce the release of TeamHub V3.8 which focuses on making daily call handling smoother and more reliable for operators and Talk users, especially CommUnity customers migrating from myHUD. The release delivers quality‑of‑life improvements in Operator Console, standardizes contact and favorites behavior after CommUnity contact migration, and directory performance. It also resolves a series of refresh, presence, and call‑control bugs so that calls, contacts, and UI states update more predictably across Talk and Operator Console.

Refer to the TeamHub Talk: How to transfer a call documentation and the TeamHub Operator Console User Guide for further details.

Operator Console - Call button not activating after typing a number

Fixed an issue where the call button in Operator Console would remain inactive after entering a number.

Operator Console - Enter key not placing calls from keypad

Pressing Enter after typing a number on the keypad now correctly starts the call.

Operator Console and Talk - Redial options not syncing between the two apps

Redial behavior on the keypads in OC and Talk is now synchronized.

Operator Console - Stealing incoming calls opens profile details

Stealing an incoming call no longer opens the caller’s profile details; focus remains on call control.

Operator Console - Parked and retrieved calls shown as unattended

Calls that were parked and then retrieved no longer appear under “Unattended calls.”

Operator Console - View call details permission respected

Operator Console correctly enforces the “view call details” permission when set to Deny in Admin Portal.

Operator Console - Missed/Unattended calls association

Under the Unattended calls tab, missed external inbound calls now associate correctly with the user’s extension instead of their DID.

Talk - Contact presence after idle

After TeamHub has been idle, placing a call now correctly updates call presence status without requiring a refresh.

Talk - Resolved refresh issues for calls and contacts

Fixed multiple problems that previously required a manual refresh: missed‑call bubbles on contact avatars now appear promptly, and when CY Talk Web and Desktop are logged into the same extension, Microsoft and Google contacts display correctly without needing to reload TeamHub.
