TeamHub - V3.8 - Release Notes - February 3, 2026
Release Overview
We are pleased to announce the release of TeamHub V3.8 which focuses on making daily call handling smoother and more reliable for operators and Talk users, especially CommUnity customers migrating from myHUD. The release delivers quality‑of‑life improvements in Operator Console, standardizes contact and favorites behavior after CommUnity contact migration, and directory performance. It also resolves a series of refresh, presence, and call‑control bugs so that calls, contacts, and UI states update more predictably across Talk and Operator Console.
Refer to the TeamHub Talk: How to transfer a call documentation and the TeamHub Operator Console User Guide for further details.
