This feature when configured in a channel, restricts messages containing profanity and/or toxic content.
Sangoma AI Actions
- React for me - Sangoma AI will reply with an AI selected emoji.
- Thread Actions
  - Summarize Thread - A new Direct Message will be displayed called Sangoma AI, with a summary of the thread.
  - Key points of a Thread - A new Direct Message will be displayed called Sangoma AI, with the key points of a thread.

Channel Moderator

This feature allows Sangoma AI, to restrict and notify channel members if they create messages that might be deemed inappropriate. For instruction on how to add or adjust this option in a channel click HERE.

Note: You must be a channel administrator to configure this option.

Sangoma AI Actions

To Access the Sangoma AI Actions, Hover over an existing Post or Thread and click the More Action ( ) icon.

If a message has no replies, then the only available action is React for me.

A message with replies is called a thread. A thread will have all available actions available.

React for me

Hover over a new Post or Thread and click the More Action ( ) icon, then select React for me. An emoji based on the topic will be added.

Summarize Threads

Hover over a Post with Replies and click the More action ( ) icon, then select Summarize Thread. A new Direct Message from Sangoma AI will be displayed with a summary of the thread.

Key points of a Thread

Hover over a Post with Replies and click the More action ( ) icon, then select Key points of the Thread. A new Direct Message from Sangoma AI will be displayed with the key points of a thread.
