As part of our commitment to innovation and customer support, we are excited to announce the launch of ASK Sangoma, an AI-powered Knowledge Bot. Exclusively available through the Sangoma Teamhub collaboration app, the new bot was designed specifically to assist our partners and customers with inquiries about Sangoma's extensive range of products. Trained on comprehensive product documentation, ASK Sangoma makes it easier to find information and get answers about all things Sangoma.

With ASK Sangoma, you can interact with a virtual assistant that quickly delivers accurate answers, to resolve any Sangoma product-related question.

How to Interact with ASK Sangoma

Engaging with ASK Sangoma is easy and convenient.

  • Open the TeamHub Desktop, Mobile or Web app.

  • Select Chat in the panel on the left side.

  • Once you have accessed TeamHub Chat you have two primary methods to interact with ASK Sangoma:

    • Direct Message

    • Channel

Chat Direct Message

For a personalized experience, you can engage in a one-on-one conversation with ASK Sangoma. Simply send a direct message, and the bot will provide you with the information you need.

  • Start a new Chat Direct Message

  • Using the chat mention option, find asksangoma (@asksangoma ).

  • Mark it as a Favorite for quick access!

Chat Channel

If you prefer a collaborative approach, you can pose your questions in a Chat Channel by mentioning the bot:

This is a great way to share knowledge and learn from your colleagues simultaneously. Don't forget to rate the answer to help the bot learn and improve future responses!

Thread Context

When responding in a thread, ASK Sangoma uses the message history to provide relevant answers, ensuring context is maintained for more accurate responses.

ASK Sangoma’s capabilities are powered by the Sangoma Knowledge Base, ensuring the information is accurate and up-to-date. Looking ahead, we plan to expand the bot's knowledge by adding more resources, enhancing its functionality and the range of inquiries it can address.
