Pre-requisites
Microsoft Outlook for Windows.
Sangoma Outlook Click to Call Plugin
TeamHub web page opened and logged in;
Login using your Sangoma credentials.
Using Outlook with a TeamHub Softphone
There are three basic ways to initiate a call from Microsoft Outlook using your TeamHub Softphone.
Once you click to make your call using any of these methods, The TeamHub Softphone will respond according to the settings you've applied to it.
Prerequisite: You must be logged into TeamHub.
1. Click on a phone number in an email
Click on a phone number in an opened email, or from the Outlook reading pane.
2. Call from the sender profile card in email
Note: This feature requires that the email sender to be in your Contacts with a phone number.
Right-click on the email sender's name to open the profile card.
Select Call with TeamHub.
3. Calling from Outlook Contacts
In Outlook select People.
Select Contacts in the left side panel.
Right-click on a contact’s name.
Select the Call with TeamHub option.
Note: The phone numbers to the right of the contact list are not clickable.

In Outlook select People.
Select Contacts in the left side panel.
Open the desired Contact.
Click on the Contacts Phone Number.

After initiating a call within Outlook, TeamHub will respond as follows.
The TeamHub Talk app will pop-up and start calling the number. For more information on using TeamHub reference the TeamHub User Guide.
