How to Adjust the Browser and OS Level Notifications for TeamHub

Overview

If you are not getting notification from TeamHub, your browser or system may not be properly configured. The following instructions can help with updating your notifications setting.


Chrome Browser

  • Open Chrome.

  • At the top right, click the 3 dot ( ⋮ ) icon.

  • Click Settings in the drop down menu.

  • Click Privacy and security in the left nav menu.

  • Click on Site settings.

  • Find “Sangoma TeamHub”.

  • Click the arrow to the right to expand.

  • Select “Allow” in the Notifications setting.

  • Select “Allow” in the Pop-ups and redirects setting.


Mac

Windows

  • Click here to access the Windows support page Change notification settings.

  • Select Window 10 or Windows 11 based on the version of Windows running on the device.

  • Following provided instructions.
