How to Update The TeamHub Desktop App

If TeamHub is not currently running


  • Open TeamHub, if an update is available, the following pop-up will be displayed.

  • Click Download to start the update.

If TeamHub is currently running:


  • Click on the Menu ( ☰ ) icon in the top left corner of the page.

  • Select the check for Updates option.

  • If updates are available click on the option, Download Version.

  • When the following pop-up is displayed, click the Restart and Install button.

If you are updating TeamHub you may be required to close TeamHub. To close TeamHub Click the Menu option at the top of the page and then select Quit.

How install the TeamHub Desktop App

  • Open the TeamHub Web App by clicking Here:

  • Download the TeamHub Desktop App.

    • Click the Home icon in the menu on the left side of the page.

    • Scroll to the bottom of the page and select the appropriate TeamHub Desktop App for your OS to get the latest version

  • Step 2 - Install the TeamHub Desktop App.

    • Open the downloaded file.

    • The installation will start.

How to check the TeamHub Desktop App version.

Open the Sangoma TeamHub Desktop App.:

  1. Click on the TeamHub logo image-20240401-143602.png at the to left corner of the window.

  2. Check the version of your desktop app.

  3. Click the TeamHub logo again to close the TeamHub Info pop-up.
