What is TeamHub
Sangoma's TeamHub is a cutting-edge team collaboration tool that maximizes your team's productivity by delivering a single, unified collaboration experience. Here are just some of the functions available;
Chat with internal team members

Sangoma TeamHub is accessible from any Desktop device over virtually any Internet connection, and TeamHub Chat is accessible from any Mobile device.
How do I access TeamHub
Click HERE to access the Web version of TeamHub.
Business Voice Users can log in using their Business Voice credentials.
Community Users can log in using their Community credentials.
Community Users have an extra layer of security. Click HERE for more information.
After logging in, the TeamHub Home page will display.
Home
From the Home page, you can
① Navigationa TeamHub Apps via the left side menu.
② Access Sangoma’s Apps by clicking on the VIEW APPS button.
Sangoma Apps Gallery
From the apps page, you can open or enable the apps you have a license for. You can also get usage details by clicking the USAGE DETAILS button in the top right corner of the page.
Note: The Apps Gallery is only available if you are licensed for at least one Sangoma App.
TeamHub Navigation
The left navigation bar provides access to the TeamHub applications that your user account is entitled to use.
Chats
Chat provides the ability to view and send messages directly to a teammate, a group of up to 8 teammates, or inside a Channel.

Talk
The Talk Application allows you to receive and make calls via the keypad or contacts, view call logs, and listen to voicemails.

Operator Console
The Operator Console is Sangoma’s advanced call management tool designed for receptionists, operators, and front-line staff.

Meet
This feature provides the ability to create or schedule a video meeting using our Sangoma Meet application.

SMS
The Sangoma SMS application is our text messaging application that allows users to communicate via text messages with their customers, business, and personal contacts. This guide provides the basics on how to use Sangoma SMS.

Files
All the files you have uploaded to your TeamHub personal cloud storage space are listed here. You can upload, download, preview, and delete files from this view.
