Sangoma's TeamHub is a cutting-edge team collaboration tool that maximizes your team's productivity by delivering a single unified collaboration that includes;

Sangoma TeamHub is accessible from any Desktop device over virtually any Internet connection, and TeamHub Chat is accessible from any Mobile device.

How do I access TeamHub

• Click here to access the Web version of TeamHub.

• Business Voice Users can Log in using your Business Voice credentials.

• Community Users can Log in using their Community credentials.

  • Community Users have an extra layer of security. For more info, Click here.

• After logging in, the TeamHub Home page will display.

Home

From the Home page, you can access Sangoma’s Apps. Simply click on the VIEW APPS button towards the bottom of the page.

From the apps page you can open or enable the apps you have a license for. You can also get usage details by clicking the USAGE DETAILS button in the top right corner of the page.

TeamHub Navigation

The left navigation bar provides access to the TeamHub applications that your user account is entitled to.

Chats

Chat provides the ability to view and send messages inside Channels, directly to a teammate, or a group of up to 8 teammates.

Talk

The Talk Application allows you to receive and make calls via the keypad or contacts, view call logs, and listen to voicemails.

TeamHub Talk features, and settings work slightly different based on the Voice solution you are using. For more information, reference the appropriate user guide for your Voice Solution:

• For CommUnity users, reference the CommUnity - TeamHub Talk User Guide.

Meet

This feature provides the ability to create or schedule a video meeting using our Sangoma Meet application.

Contacts

Sangoma’s TeamHub Contacts supports both a Company Directory and Personal Contacts. When you click on the contact’s name, the contact’s profile is displayed.

Files

All the files you have uploaded in your TeamHub personal cloud storage space are listed here. You can upload, download, preview, and delete files from this view.

SMS
