TeamHub V3.5 - Release Notes - June 3, 2025

Release Overview

We are pleased to introduce a major update to TeamHub Talk for all Business Voice clients. This release brings a more intuitive interface, greater flexibility, and new tools that make managing business calls easier and more efficient.

This update reflects our commitment to continuous product improvement. Users can look forward to ongoing enhancements in the near future as we continue to invest in making TeamHub even more powerful and user-friendly.

CommUnity clients have also received the TeamHub v3.5; however, the only new feature available to them in this release is keyboard shortcut support within the dialpad input.

New Features:

The Talk section has a new facelift with exciting new features to improve productivity

Parked Calls – flexible call handling across devices

  • A new Parked tab provides a central place to view and manage all parked calls

  • Users can now park a call and retrieve it from another phone or extension which is ideal for dynamic, on-the-go communication

Call Recording – save and review key conversations

The new Recordings tab allows users to easily access and manage recorded calls, helping teams capture important discussions when needed

Expanded Talk Settings – more control, simplified interface

The updated Settings menu now includes:

  • General Settings

  • My Phone Info

  • Audio Settings

  • Call Routing (formerly “Find Me/Follow Me”)

  • Voicemail

  • Alerts/Sounds

Key Improvements:

Enhanced Call Interface

  • Caller number or extension now appears next to the caller’s name

  • Call duration is displayed under the contact name

  • Clear indicators show whether a call is internal or external

Streamlined User Experience

  • Updated Transfer Call and Audio Settings icons improve clarity and usability

  • A new More Actions menu (⋮) gives quick access to key features like "Park a Call"

  • Improved volume controls allow for easier in-call audio adjustments.

Keyboard Shortcut Support in Dialpad Input

Users can now use standard keyboard shortcuts to copy and paste phone numbers directly in the TeamHub dial pad input field, making call entry faster and more convenient:

  • Windows: Ctrl + C / Ctrl + V

  • MacOS: Command + C / Command + V

Right-click copy/paste functionality remains available, but this enhancement ensures a more seamless and familiar experience across platforms.

Known Issues:

Sound alerts for missed calls, voicemails and transferred calls will currently only work when banner alerts are also enabled.
