Click-to-Call Support for Web Browsers (Coming soon!)

Enhance outbound calling efficiency with our new Click-to-Call browser extension, now available for Chrome, Firefox, and Edge. The extension automatically detects phone numbers on websites and converts them into clickable telephone links. It supports both international and local number formats.

Web Launcher

Quickly access CRMs, support tools, or customer records during live calls. The Web Launcher feature - now available in TeamHub - automatically opens predefined web pages based on call events. This feature helps users save time and reduce context-switching by bringing relevant customer information to the forefront at the right moment.

Key Highlights:

  • Trigger web apps on call answer, hang-up, or via manual action

  • Support for multiple custom profiles with configurable URL parameters

  • Silent execution option (HTTP request without launching a page)

  • Admin and user-level profile management

  • Secure, scalable, and CRM-compatible

This update replicates and enhances the functionality previously available in HUD, ensuring a seamless experience within TeamHub.

Group Voicemail

Group Voicemail allows you to deliver a single voice message to your entire team. You can leave a message for all members of a contact group simultaneously, which is perfect for shift updates, urgent announcements, or team-wide reminders.

There is no need to call each person individually, just record once, and everyone gets the message in their own voicemail inbox. Ideal for managers, team leads, or support coordinators who need to keep everyone aligned, fast.

Available for CommUnity users on desktop and web in TeamHub.

Streamlined Contacts Access

To reduce redundancy and improve navigation, the standalone Contacts app has been removed from TeamHub. Users can now access all contact information directly through Talk > Contacts, ensuring a more unified experience.

Forwarding Options Return to Call Routing for TeamHub Customers

We have re-enabled Forward options in Call Routing for CommUnity TeamHub users.
These settings were previously removed to simplify the experience, but they are back, making it easier to manage call flows with minimal steps. Unlike Find Me/Follow Me, Forward immediately routes calls to the selected destination without waiting for confirmation or pick-up, streamlining workflows.

Forwarding options now available:

  • Forward calls in sequential order

  • Forward to another user

  • Forward to a different extension

  • Forward to an external number

These options are now available in both TeamHub and the CommUnity Admin Portal

This change reflects our ongoing efforts to align TeamHub’s design with our latest brand identity, enhancing both aesthetics and user experience.

Meet Landing Page Refresh

The Meet landing page in TeamHub has been updated to match the look, feel, and functionality of Sangoma Meet. This includes improvements to how meetings are started and scheduled, offering a more consistent and reliable experience across platforms.

Custom Notification Tone

Users can now set a custom notification tone for direct mentions, helping them easily identify important messages in busy channels.

Automated TeamHub Updates

TeamHub now checks for updates daily and automatically refreshes the desktop or web app every 24 hours when not in focus and with no ongoing calls to ensure users always have the latest version without interruption.

Record, Mute, and Remove participants features are now available for merged calls (n-way calling)

The user who merges the calls can now initiate a recording, mute participants, or remove them once all parties are connected.

Intercom and Paging Tone

Resolved an issue where intercom and paging calls to hard phones briefly rang instead of playing the expected tone before connecting, aligning behavior with softphones.

How will Users get the update?

  • Web users will automatically be logged into the most recent version - no additional actions required.

  • Desktop users will need to go to the top left “hamburger menu” in TeamHub, select “Check for updates” and follow the prompts to install TeamHub shell version 3.6.0-274. Once installed, an additional update (version 3.6) will be applied to the desktop client, bringing the latest features and bug fixes.
