Release Overview
This release enhances usability, visibility, and call management efficiency across TeamHub Talk. One of the highlights of this release is the new Drag-and-Drop Call Transfer, enabling faster and more intuitive call routing with flexible settings. In addition, users will experience a cleaner interface, improved call log visibility, and enhanced customization options, making everyday workflows smoother and more efficient.

Customizable Tab Order in TeamHub Talk Users can now personalize their Talk workspace by customizing the order of tabs. This enhancement allows them to prioritize the views they use most, such as Call Log, Externals, or Voicemail, for a more efficient and tailored experience.

Removed “Email Attachments” Toggle for Voicemail The “Email Attachments” toggle under Talk Settings > Voicemail > Voicemail Notifications is now hidden for BV users. In BV, voicemail email notifications always include audio file attachments, regardless of this setting. Since the toggle had no functional impact, it has been removed to simplify the user experience. |

Improved Call Log Column Display for Better Visibility Enhanced the Call Log view in TeamHub Talk (Web and Desktop) to make better use of available space and improve visibility of Caller ID and Ring Group names. Previously, long entries were truncated due to fixed column widths, making it difficult to view full caller information. This update optimizes column sizing to reduce truncation and ensure key details, such as caller ID and ring group names, remain visible across various screen sizes and resolutions. |
