Vega Gateways - SNMP Troubleshooting

While facing issue with respect to SNMP it is always advisable to follow below set of steps:

  1. Enable below list of debug:

SNMP Debugging

SNMP Logging

debug enable router rs debug enable _isdn tw89 debug enable _pots tw debug enable _logger i debug enable _lan 7 debug enable lan 7 debug enable _sip tw debug enable _default t log display v sip monitor on log display off debug on

Important NOTE

Enabling of pots/isdn respective logging depending upon VEGA model on which SNMP debugging needs to be done

  1. Start Capture sip pcap trace via GUI. Please refer VEGA pcap Trace Capture in order to get more details with respect to Packet capture on VEGA

  2. Now reproduce the issue.

  3. Once issue is reproduce please stop debugging and packet capture

  4. Share debug logs (debug dump), show support and packet capture in order to analyse the same and troubleshoot the root cause of the issue.
