Advanced Carrier Number Parameter Translation

The Carrier Identification Number which is located in ISUP messaging identifies different carriers through the Transit Network Selection, the Network Plan Identification, and the Circuit Code. (Circuit code is used only if Network Identification is set to National Network). The IMG 2020 can be configured so the outgoing information such as Network Identification, Network Plan Identification, and Circuit Code parameters can be translated. The settings selected in each of the fields will be included in the Carrier Identification parameter if the Carrier # Translation field in the Translation Table Element object being configured is populated with an outgoing number. See below.
