Session Border Control - Installation from ISO

Installation Steps

1. Once the SBC is booted up from the ISO using the steps up at https://sangomakb.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/SBC/pages/13009459/Session+Border+Controller+-+Booting+SMB-05+from+USB then you will see the screen below. Select the first option “Netborder Session Controller” as shown below and hit enter.

2. Next you can select the graphic installation or simply do a fully automatic installation. The fully automatic installation is the recommended method. The auto install can be done via the serial port or VGA. Select the correct method for your connection and hit enter.

3. The last step is to have the SBC use a DHCP IP or a Static IP of 192.168.168.2. If your network has DHCP then simply select the first option and hit enter. Note the default password will be “SangomaDefaultPassword”.

The SBC will then go through the entire installation process automatically and then request for the USB drive to be removed before rebooting. The installation will then be complete.
