Release 2.2 SP2 - An Overview of Features

F-6698 ISUP/SIP NFCI (link by link) Interworking

Brief Description:

This feature maps the National Forward Call Indicator (NFCI) link by link from ISUP to SIP and vice versa. When an incoming SIP INVITE message contains the X-DLGC-NFCI-link-by-link custom header and the feature is enabled, SIP module will interwork the NFCI value to be sent out in the outgoing SS7 IAM. The NFCI link by link parameter in the IAM message will always be interworked to SIP module. According to its configuration, SIP will decide to add the X-DLGC-NFCI-link-by-link custom header into the outgoing INVITE. The default setting is disabled in the Web GUI.
