After an update has begun, it is not possible to stop or otherwise cancel the update. Switchvox updates consist on installing several individual software components, if the update is interrupted some will be update while other not there will be communication issues due to version incompatibility.
If the update process was interrupted, it's recommended to re-install Switchvox and upload the lastest backup in order to avoid any problems.
