In January 2016, Fonality released a new version of Video Collaboration. This new version includes several new features like advanced scheduling and assigning a unique meeting ID for every user.  

 

Because of these new features, it is necessary for Fonality to capture a unique and valid email address for each licensed user. 

 

Here are quick Admin instructions on how to confirm or add an email address to User Profiles:

 

Administrator Instructions

  1. Log into the control panel (CP)

  2. cp.fonality.com

  3. Click Users / Extensions --> View Users

  4. Click on any user name

  5. Click the "Apply All Changes" button

  6. Repeat for all Video Collaboration licensees.
