Desktop app redirection for supported platforms (Windows, Mac).
Opening an invitation link via web on the above platforms will initiate a request to open the app on the desktop application, which can be accepted or rejected.
Launch the conference on the browser can be done per conference or set as the default;Added link for Outlook add-in on welcome page.

Minor fixes
Fixed issue where clicking on "i" before joining the conference would prevent the user from joining it;
Retrieving of service notices could incorrectly show error messages on the screen during the conferences.

General changes and improvements
Predictable Moderator
The first user that enters the conference becomes the moderator;
If the user exits or gets disconnected moderator will NOT be transferred to other users;
When original moderator re-enters the conference they will automatically become moderator again.
Please note:
Once we introduce users and credentials, moderator control will be based on conference creator;
At this time we are focusing on provide a free quality service without the complication of users and passwords.
