IMG 1010 - Media DSP

Description:

IMG1010:

In the IMG1010 once the Media Module Object is created and committed then the Media DSP's can be configured. The IMG1010 supports configuring two Media DSPs that are configured under the Media Module object in ClientView. If Playback/Record is selected as the function for the DSP, that is the only function the IMG1010 will allow you to create. See below for more information.

IMG1004:

Once the Media IMG Object is created and committed then the Media DSP can get configured. When creating the Media DSP object on the IMG1004 the Media DSP object is created directly below the Media IMG object in ClientView. You do not have to create a Media Module object on the IMG1004.

Accessing this Pane:

Dialogic IMG EMS -> Logical IMG -> IMG Name -> New Media -> New Media Module  -> New Media DSP

Maximum Objects:

2 per Physical IMG (IMG 1010)

1 per physical IMG (IMG 1004)

NOTE ON CAS: For DTMF reception configure an a-law or u-law Universal Receiver. For MFR1 or MFR2 reception you must configure the specific MFR1 or MFR2 receiver accordingly. If you try to perform MFR1 or MFR2 using a Universal Receiver, you will get a Call Trace indication of "No DSP of this type configured".
