Sign Up for SIPStation Retail SIP Trunking Service

If you need assistance signing up for SIPStation service, please call 877-344-4861.

To sign up, login to SIPStation.com using your Sangoma account. This uses the same credentials you would use at sangoma.com. Here you will be able to access and manage your existing SIPStation service, or sign up for a new SIP Trunk, as needed.

If you're ordering new service with phone numbers (DIDs) intended for SMS use, please make certain to filter for and select those that are SMS-capable. You can purchase and begin using specific numbers within minutes.

If you wish to use your existing phone numbers for SMS, you can initiate a request to port them to your new SIPStation service online at sipstation.com by navigating to Customer Service > Porting Management.

Once your SIPStation SIP Trunk is established, you will need to enable SMS metered services on your account. On sipstation.com, navigate to My Account > Account Configuration to review Metered Services options and enable SMS services. You will also need to review Top Up settings, and may wish to elect to enable other available metered options as well.

Once your service is established, your SIPStation Keycode is located on sipstation.com by navigating to My Account > Trunk Groups. Here is an example of how this code will be presented:

Switchvox version 7.4 and later includes an Easy Setup tool to create a Switchvox VOIP Provider that is this SIPStation SIP Trunk, and also a tool that lets you attach an SMS DID to the Switchvox Extension that will receive its inbound SMS messages.
