How Do You Find An Account ID?

In order to find an account ID for an extension please follow the steps below:

  1. Log into the admin interface.

  2. Go to Setup>Extensions>Manage

  3. Click on the pencil icon to Modify the extension.

  4. You will locate the account ID in the URL.

    • It should be listed as account_id=xxxx

*Please note, this is the only method to find the account ID, there is no way to pull a list of account IDs on the system, you will have to manually search for them.
