To log in to a queue, please perform the following steps from the Agent's IP Phone (including softphones):

  1. Dial *54 (Remember that *54 = *LI or LOG IN)

  2. Enter the Agent's extension number + #

  3. Enter the Agent's voicemail password (numeric only) + #

  4. The PBXtra will say 'Agent logged in'

  5. Your Agents are now ready to receive calls from any queue where they are a member

To log agents out of all queues:

  1. Dial *56 (Remember that *56 = *LO or LOG OUT)

  2. Enter the Agent's extension number + #

  3. Enter the Agent's voicemail password (numeric only) + #

  4. The PBXtra will say 'Agent logged off'
