The duration a parked caller holds before being transferred back to the extension that originally initiated the Park function is defined within the Fonality Admin Panel.
Click on Options --> settings
Click the + symbol next to Other Settings
Parking Seconds can be set from 15 seconds to 600 seconds (default is 120 seconds)
Click Apply All Changes
