ANDP-1887 Unable to Change Network Settings in D80 Boot Menu

Description: When running D80 phone firmware 1.8.13 (included in Switchvox version 6.7.1.1) you are unable to make any changes to the network settings through the D80 boot menu. While you can navigate to the page, and select the settings, the settings revert to their default state immediately.
