How to use 'Graceful Shutdown' feature: skip the D-channel

Issue:
When using the Graceful Shutdown feature to take a range of ISDN B-channels out of service, do not select the D-channel. If the D-channel is taken out of service then all channels will be taken out of service immediately, even if there are active calls.

Description:
The new feature 'F-1260 Graceful Shutdown of IMG' was introduced in Dialogic® IMG 1010 Integrated Media Gateway software release 10.5.1. This feature gives the IMG the ability to take any or all configured channels within the system out of service but only take them out of service if they are in the 'idle state'. Channels that have active calls on them will not be taken out of service until any existing calls have been released. Once the channel has been torn down it is returned to the idle state then the channel is taken out of service.

The Graceful Shutdown is supported on two levels:
- Node Level - takes all TDM and IP Channels gracefully out of service
- Channel Level - By selecting a Range of TDM channels within a channel group you can gracefully bring individual channels or Channel Groups out of service gracefully.

How to use:
The Graceful Shutdown can be accomplished on a single channel or range of channels. To take a single channel or range of ISDN channels out of service, highlight the B-channels in ISDN under each channel group. Once one of the B Channels is selected, the Object table will display all the circuits along with its service state. Highlight the channels that you would like to take out of service.

Important: you MUST Skip the D channel when you take a range of ISDN B-channels out of service
