 When the Gatemanager Progress Icon is green then there is no configuration being done to the IMG.

 When the Gatemanager Progress Icon is yellow then the Gatemanager is in process of sending the configuration to the IMG. Expect delays and possible temporary loss of service.

 When the Gatemanager Progress Icon is red then Gatemanager has stopped communicating. At this point Support Personnel should be called and they will proceed to troubleshoot why this happened.

The following icons appear to indicate various object states.

This is the initial state before you commit a configuration.

These icons indicate that the IMG is in the process of performing the requested configuration. Distinctions between the icons are for Customer Support use. Contact Customer Support if the object fails to transition to a configured state.

ClientView is attempting to connect to the IMG.

The object is in a cached state. See Cached Objects below to see a list of objects that may get into this state, their parent object, and how to get an object out of the cached state.

ClientView/GCEMS is not currently connected to the node or the node is temporarily frozen (approximately 1 minute) while a new IMG node is being added to the GCEMS.

In N+1 the Redundant Node Cluster is in Normal State which means the Primary IMG's are all active and the Backup IMG's are all Standbys. (Cluster State = Standby, Backup State = Standby, Actively Backing Up = None)

In N+1 the Redundant Node Cluster; one of the Primary units has failed and its Redundancy State is Offline. The Backup node has Switched Over and is now being utilized as an Active node. (Cluster State = Switched Over, Backup State = Active , Actively Backing Up = Interface 'x')
