If the Digit Relay setting is set to "DTMF Packetized", then the IMG 2020 will use packetized DTMF in its SDP answer as well as transmit DTMF as RFC 2833 packets regardless of what the remote side requests in it SDP offer. If the Digit Relay setting is set to "DTMF In-band", the IMG 2020 will use this even if the remote side request packetized DTMF.
