Overview
The following provides the instruction on how to add, configure, and reset users in the Application Framework.
License Configuration Steps
Log into the Business Voice Portal.
Select Configuration from the top of the page.
Select License management.
Select Application framework
Premium Starlets
Under the Application Framework title , select the Premium Starlets option
Click on the check box for features the user needs.
After all selections are completed, click Save Changes to System before leaving the Application Framework License page.
Free Starlets
Under the Application Framework title , select the Free Starlets option
Click on the check box for features the user needs.
After all selections are completed, click Save Changes to System before leaving the Application Framework License page.
Free Features
Under the Application Framework title , select the Free Starlets option
Click on the check box for features the user needs.
After all selections are completed, click Save Changes to System in the top right corner of the page before leaving the Application Framework License page.
Reset License
If a person has lost their computer, or feels the security of their license has been compromised, use this page to reset their Sangoma license.
Select a user from the list.
Click the Reset License button.
Click the Save Changes to System button.
