Digium Phones
When you select this option, it displays the Digium Phone Assignments page, which has three tabs: Desk Phones; Softphones; Unassigned Extensions. The Desk Phones tab is displayed with the Assigned Phones listed.
To see the connection status of your Digium Phones, open Server > Connection Status, then click the SIP Phones tab. The SIP The SIP Phones Connection Status page Status page describes the possible Phone States.
A Digium phone (a desktop Digium IP Phone or a Switchvox Softphone) can also be assigned using the Manage Phones action shown on each SIP Phone extension in the Manage Extensions List.

Quick-Create Assignments
You can create multiple Softphone-to-extension Assignments using the Quick-Create Assignments button and adding extensions to that form. Or, you can use the Desk Phone Unassigned Extensions tab, and click Assign on a specific extension.
