Tools > IVR Editor > Create IVR Menu
Give the new IVR any name. Save the IVR Menu.
Create Action > Action Type: Alter Caller ID

Note - The Alter caller ID action can either prepend, append or replace the entire caller ID. The prepend will add to the front and append will add to the end. |
Next, select which part of the caller ID you wish to change (caller ID name or the caller ID number).
Use this text to modify the Caller ID: Enter the text that you want to display on the altered caller ID or use the text from a previously set variable.
