If you are running older Microsoft software, this Switchvox for Outlook Add­In is available. It was built and tested to work on the desktop version of Office 2010, running on Windows 7, and requires Switchvox version 6.x. If after installing the Addin you cannot log into Switchvox, you need to Enable TLS 1.1 and 1.2 in Outlook.
