How to configure a Meet Me Conference
The Meet Me Conference Center allows every user on a system to have their own personal conference room and hold conference calls with many participants easily.

Log into the user web interface for an extension.
Go to Features > Conference Room.
Configure your desired conference Room Number. This is the PIN callers use to join the conference call.
After configuring the desired settings, select Save Conference Settings.

In order to use your conference room, you can dial the Meet Me Conference Center extension number and then enter your personal conference room PIN when prompted. Or, to allow external callers to join a conference call, setup an Incoming Call Route to the MeetMe Conference Room extension number. If you would like to allow incoming calls to be able dial the MeetMe Conference extension from an IVR, you can enable extension dialing in your main IVR.
