Basic Steps
Login into the Business Voice Portal using your Administrator level credentials.
Select Configuration from the menu at the top of the page.
Search and select a Location.
Select Extensions within Device Management in the left side menu.
Select a phone type from the Phones dropdown that supports receptionist mode (See list below).
Select a value from the Receptionist Line Keys dropdown.
After all changes have been complete click Save Changes to System.
