Basic Steps

  1. Login into the Business Voice Portal using your Administrator level credentials.

  2. Select Configuration from the menu at the top of the page.

  3. Search and select a Location.

  4. Select Extensions within Device Management in the left side menu.

  1. Select a phone type from the Phones dropdown that supports receptionist mode (See list below).

  1. Select a value from the Receptionist Line Keys dropdown.

  1. After all changes have been complete click Save Changes to System.
