Overview
Sangoma SMS is our text messaging application that allows users to communicate via text messages directly from TeamHub on desktop and web as well as mobile.
User License Assigned
Once your location or customer admins admin has assigned you a Sangoma SMS License via the Sangoma Business Voice portal:
YouDuring the license process the admin will assign you one of your location's existing phone numbers.
Once the license has been assigned you will receive a welcome email that includes the application installation instructions. You will be assigned one of your location's existing phone numbers.
If you haven’t received a welcome email, contact your location or customer admins to request a Sangoma SMS license.
Installation
Desktop
You can access the SMS app via the TeamHub Web or Desktop app. If you have a license it will appear in TeamHub in the left nav bar..
Make sure your DID is registered to a verified campaign (10DLC regulation) to avoid any disruptions.
Mobile ( Coming Soon )
Soon you will be able to install the Sangoma SMS mobile application via the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store.
Once you have installed the application
, login to the application using your Sangoma Credentials

Note: The Sangoma SMS app is currently supporting available via the Business Voice platform. This will soon support the CommUnity platform.
